Terms of Use
The ground rules for using this website.
Using This Website
This website provides general information about our coaching practice. Reading it does not make you a client, and nothing on it is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical care, a distinction we explain fully on our How Coaching Works page. A coaching relationship begins only when you sign a coaching agreement.
Never rely on this website in an emergency. If you are in crisis, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Our Content and Outside Links
The text, graphics, and design of this site belong to the practice and may not be republished commercially without permission. Our Learn articles cite outside research and link to sources such as PubMed, and we link to third-party services including our patient portal. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, and our Evidence page describes the standard we hold ourselves to. Even so, content may occasionally lag behind the newest research or practice changes, and the site is provided as-is without warranties.
Liability, Law, and Changes
To the extent permitted by law, Rainier Executive Development LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website itself. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. We may update these terms as the site evolves, and continued use after changes means you accept the current version. Questions? Contact us.
