Book and reschedule sessions online, get automatic reminders, and join your secure video call with one click, from your office, home, or the road.
Message Your Coach
Secure messaging between sessions for the quick question or the check-in. Hit an obstacle on Tuesday and work it while it is live. Your coach replies within one business day.
Goals & Journaling
Your written plan, if-then commitments, and progress journal live in the portal, so both you and your coach work from the same page every session.
Habit & Wearable Tracking
Log the habits you're building, or sync Apple Health, Fitbit, or Google Health Connect. Progress reviews use your real numbers, not your recollection of the month.
Agreements & Payments
Sign your coaching agreement online and pay by card, whether you are booking a single session or a package. Invoices and receipts stay available in your account.
Documents & Resources
Worksheets, reading, and anything else your coach sends you, delivered inside the portal so nothing gets lost in an inbox. Material from an earlier session stays where you left it.
Secure by Design
The portal runs on encrypted infrastructure, video sessions are never recorded, and what you share stays between you and your coach, with the confidentiality terms described in How Coaching Works. Coaching records are not medical records, and we protect them with the same care.
