What This Policy Covers
This policy describes how this website handles information about its visitors. It covers browsing this site only. If you become a coaching client, what you share in coaching is protected by the confidentiality terms in your coaching agreement, described on our How Coaching Works page.
What We Collect, and What We Don't
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels, and it does not build profiles of its visitors. Our web host keeps standard server logs (the IP address, browser type, and pages requested for each visit), which we use only to keep the site running and secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive a standard font request when a page loads.
If you email us, we receive what you send and use it to respond to you. Client engagements run through our secure portal on Healthie, an encrypted platform, with its own protections described on our Client Portal page.
We do not sell, rent, or share visitor information with anyone for marketing.
Questions and Changes
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy as the site changes, and the date below always reflects the current version. Questions are welcome any time through our contact page.
