Pricing FAQs
Can I try a single session before choosing a package?
Yes. Many clients start with one session or the free 15-minute intro call, then choose a package once the fit is clear. Your coach confirms any package in writing before you commit.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
Cancellations need 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Details live in the coaching agreement you sign before your first paid session.
How many sessions will I actually need?
Nobody can tell you that at the start, and the research is honest about it. A 2023 meta-analysis of workplace coaching tested whether the number of sessions predicted results and found that it did not, which the authors noted matched earlier reviews. The packages here are structures for planning and pricing, and six sessions is a common starting point. Your coach will tell you when she thinks the work is done, including when that comes early.
Can I pay with HSA or FSA funds?
Generally no. Coaching is not medical care, so coaching fees are usually not HSA/FSA eligible. Services at our sister practice, Rainier Lifestyle Medicine, are eligible.
How does employer-sponsored coaching work?
Sponsored engagements are quoted per engagement. Employers receive confirmation and outcome themes, and session content stays private, because confidentiality is what makes coaching work.
